The main goal objective of our enterprise is to satisfy our customers' needs with technological developments and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes subject to all legislative and regulatory requirements are observed.
Quality control and quality assurance activities at our enterprise include the following:
- Incoming inspection of raw and other materials;
- Intermediate inspection of each stage of production;
- Final inspection of the finished goods;
- Logging of the quality control of mixture, finished goods and weight;
- Archiving of the finished goods samples;
- Weight, marking and package control;
- Periodic and certification testings by independent testing laboratory;
- Observance of sanitary norms and regulations.
Special quality management services such as testing laboratory and quality control department have been created at the enterprise.
Testing laboratory was certified by the Odessa Regional Center for Standartization, Metrology and Certification, thus ensuring professionalism in developing customized products.
In 2008 the enterprise was successfully audited for IFS conformance.
During 2009 the enterprise is becoming ISO 9001 certified.
Victory in All-Ukrainian “100 Best Goods of Ukraine” contest, winning of the contract manufacturing tenders provided by large supermarket chains prove our adherence to high quality standards.
The consumer defines quality and also measures our achievement of it. And the consumer is ready to pay only for the product that can satisfy his wants and needs.
Day-to-day all our employees are involved in the quality assurance process.
