Following this principle in December, 2009 factory has been successfully certified for ISO 9001:2009 conformance.
WHAT ARE ISO 9001 QUALITY STANDARDS?
ISO 9001 is a family of standards developed to provide a framework around which a quality management system can effectively be implemented; it is designed to help consumers and governments know at a glance whether a business conforms to a basic level of quality or not.
ISO 9001 conformity certificate is the independent and authorized proof of the efficiency of the quality management system and a guarantee of the high quality of the goods produced.
To keep customers satisfied, the organization needs to meet their requirements.
The ISO 9001 standard provides a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing the organization's processes so that they consistently turn out product that satisfies customers' expectations.
Nowadays ISO 9001 standards are widely accepted by most of the enterprises. Some of ISO 9001 standards are compulsory in the developed countries.
